A practice built on around ten years of production engineering: e-commerce, fintech and cloud marketplaces, most of it on AWS, most of it on the parts that break expensively.
NodeTech Consulting is an engineering agency registered in France. The core of the work is backend and AWS serverless: Node.js, TypeScript, event-driven architectures, payments and APIs that other systems depend on. Around that core sit web and mobile development, long-term maintenance, AI features and bilingual applications with full right-to-left support.
The way it works is simple: the people who scope an engagement write the code. Estimates, decisions and trade-offs go in writing, and what gets handed over is built to run without us: documentation, runbooks, dashboards and tests that state what the system promises.
The work happens from France, for clients in France, Canada, the United States and the Gulf, in French, English and Arabic. Distance is handled the same way everything else is: in writing, with decisions that do not wait for a meeting.
Every engagement follows the same arc. It opens with a written scoping: what exists, what hurts, what done means, delivered as a one-page diagnostic within 48 hours of first contact. Work then runs in short, visible increments: pull requests that can be read, environments that can be tried, and a weekly written point on progress, risks and cost. Nothing important is communicated only in a call.
Security and compliance are treated as engineering constraints, not paperwork. Infrastructure lives in the client's own AWS accounts, access is granted on the least-privilege principle and revoked at handover, secrets never transit through chat or email, and GDPR obligations are designed in from the first schema rather than audited in later. When a trade-off touches data protection, it is written down and the client decides.
